Udny and Pitmedden Parish Church - Church of Scotland
Home Study Group

The Home Study Group meet every Monday night at 8 p.m. at 7 Wheatlands, Pitmedden, the home of Stephen & Carole Reid. The purpose of the Home Study Group is to gather as a small group and share in the fellowship of studying God's word together. All are welcome.
What are we studying?

We are currently studying Fruit of the Spirit, a LifeBuilder Bible Study published by Scripture Union.

The booklet comprises 9 different studies looking at love, joy, peace, patienec, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. To be spiritually mature is to show the fruit of the Spirit of Christ in our lives.

Previous study material

We have just finished studying the Book of Acts. Acts was written by the apostle Luke and it gives us an accurate account of the birth and the growth of the Christian Church. It covers the church beginnings, the Holy Spirit, and the growth of the church through the witnessing of the apostles, as well the opposition of the time.
